How to Install SSD to a Macbook - Speed Test Booting it

Macbook Core2Duo A1181 Replacing HDD by SSD ,

test speed boot .

OSX is Snow Leopard ,  have dual boot with Lion

Lion boots faster a few seconds .

 The disc was cloned using superduper.
