So in order this works you need to have a Jail-broken iPhone , in this case I used my iPhone 3G
Launch Cydia, search for BTstack GPS and install. To use BTstack GPS with other applications, you will have to purchase the $5 full version. The demo version of the app merely displays your location within the app, allowing you to test your GPS forwarding setup. The app requires iOS 3.0 or higher.
After having it in the iPhone just follow the video to see how it works !
